“The first thing I would point out about this property is that it is not pet-friendly, regardless of what is listed on the website. It is however dog, but not cat-friendly, which led to a problem when we tried to check in with my partner's service cat. We ended up speaking with the manager, who finally allowed us to check in. However, he downgraded our room, as there are apparently only certain rooms that are pet-friendly at the hotel, and neither he nor the booking agency were able to...

Some things were found in vaninets/drawers from prior guests, a broken fishing pole was in the back fire pit, and one of the bedrooms seemed to be missing the TV remote. We did alert the host, but seeing as it didn't impact our trip, it really wasn't a big deal. Still, I wanted to share the facts.”

They allowed a pet (with supervision and restrictions), and answered any and all questions quickly. Primary contact was email, but had a phone number that was never needed.
